Dan and his crew of one made quick work of removing the overgrown evergreens and shrubbery that needed to come out before we have some foundation repair work done. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was very knowledgeable. After being ghosted by two other landscaping companies, I appreciated his professionalism. I'm a huge fan of Dakota Property Services. Dan and his team were courteous, professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. All of this is pretty expected from a great contractor, but the thing I loved most about these guys was their willingness to be collaborative throughout the process and even help guide my ideas as we problem solved in real time.
