This woman Shila Lampl ...stopped giving me my vision care and medication, because I missed an appointment. She is often rude at appointments, gets angry even if you blot your eye with a tissue "at the wrong time", there's no need for that. She claimed my letter was an abusive letter, nope...she simply did not like it's content. I told her, I did not want to see her anymore, and then made a complaint, on the MyChart APP at Essentia Hospital clinic Wahpeton. . Then months later received a letter, from Essentia, saying she wouldn't treat me any more. So at Essentia health, if you make a complaint, you get dropped. She was not good . That's my opinion. No care shown for my eye health. I will give my opinion any time I want to.
