Inspector was on point and extremely thorough in his inspection process. He careful looked at all areas and keep me abreast of everything he identified. His report format was clear and concise making it easy to understand. He provided an unbiased observation of the property, pointing out possible areas of concern for us to evaluate. I’d recommend Valley View Home Inspection to anyone looking at buying a home or just wanting their home looked over. Very thorough inspection that includes a detailed list of what’s good with pictures of problem areas. Reasonable price, very professional and knowledgeable.
