Cyrus was great! 1. He was quick on his initial intake cook (within only a few minutes.) 2. He spoke with me to fully understand what the problem was, and when he thought he understood, asked for a couple of photos to verify. 3. If you are looking for fast and dependable service give Sunshine Heating and Cooling a call! I woke up on one of the hottest days of the summer to find my central air was blowing hot air. I called Sunshine early in the morning, well before typical business hours, and am so thankful Cyrus answered my call. He was friendly, professional…and best of all was out to my farm and had the problem fixed in less than 2 hours (Which is pretty unheard of in rural ND)! Thanks again Sunshine Heating and Cooling!

Amazing service. He answered the phone on the first try and gave me a realistic time frame. He was actually earlier than he stated and wasn't upset that he ended up waiting on us. He was able to diagnose and fix our a/c unit quickly. I would recommend him to anyone in need. No gimmick just fast friendly service and AFFORDABLE!!! Thank you again, no one likes to be hot in the North Dakota humidity!
