Amy is hands down the mess masseuse in Minot - think I’ve been to every other location at this point. She is fantastic for anyone who lifts or runs, she gives one of the best sports medicine massages our there. She’s also as sweet as they can come and can dial it back to whatever intensity you’re looking for. Her pricing is in line with other places in town but what you get is far superior.

I would recommend Amy at Synergy for anyone who wants a good, therapeutic massage. She is excellent at what she does, is knowledgeable about her craft, and is friendly and warm. She will adjust the depth of her massage to your comfort level and her use of hot stones creates an amazing, relaxing experience! I see her in a monthly basis to manage chronic back issues and it has made a tremendous difference!
