    Very angry and upset neevr in my life did I think the bad reviews on here were true yet somehow I managed to bring my cat there for an emergency visit cause I had no where else to go and he was prescribed prednisone for his mouth ulcers the vet Keysa Williams and the bottle of medication both said 2.2ml every two hours for five days. I quickly ran out of medication so I called them for a refill. Got put on hold several times and finally was greeted with a message that I was only supposed to be giving him 2.2ml ONCE EVERY TWELVE HOURS.     We brought our dog here for a routine neuter. Later that mid afternoon I was notified that we could come pick him up. We were waiting and then our dog was brought to us. Immediately I was worried by the sight of my dog. My dog was not acting himself, rather he appeared injured and afraid. As I approached him I noticed he was bleeding from his nose and both of his eyes were bloodshot. I was upset but tried to control emotions so that I could assess my dog.
