Very angry and upset neevr in my life did I think the bad reviews on here were true yet somehow I managed to bring my cat there for an emergency visit cause I had no where else to go and he was prescribed prednisone for his mouth ulcers the vet Keysa Williams and the bottle of medication both said 2.2ml every two hours for five days. I quickly ran out of medication so I called them for a refill. Got put on hold several times and finally was greeted with a message that I was only supposed to be giving him 2.2ml ONCE EVERY TWELVE HOURS. For the last five days I have been giving my cat 6x the actual amount I was supposed to the neglect and the fact my cat is going to have liver problems because of whoever's mess up is very angry and upsetting and it disgusts me this place is still in business.

We brought our dog here for a routine neuter. Later that mid afternoon I was notified that we could come pick him up. We were waiting and then our dog was brought to us. Immediately I was worried by the sight of my dog. My dog was not acting himself, rather he appeared injured and afraid. As I approached him I noticed he was bleeding from his nose and both of his eyes were bloodshot. I was upset but tried to control emotions so that I could assess my dog. None of the technicians were explaining to me what had happened. I asked where Dr. Solemsass was. I was told he was busy. I kept asking them what happened to my dog. I finally proclaimed that it looked like my dog had fallen face first onto the floor. The technician that was holding the leash to my dog motioned to someone and another technician came and told me that my dog was being naughty. I wanted to get my dog home and monitor him for awhile. Later I called and spoke to a representative from Pinkerton's about the incident. I didn't feel like I got much help or cooperation. I was advised by friends and family to make a report with Animal Control about the incident. My dog was never the same after Pinkerton's. His behavior changed. Shortly after the incident he began to have trouble with his back legs. It was explained to us by another veterinarian office that it was most likely the result of a fall.
