An excellent and fun way to get in a workout! The instructors are so welcoming to all who join which makes it an even better experience! There are a variety of times for classes, so you can come when it’s most convenient for you. Definitely recommend!

I've taken the adult kickboxing classes at ATA for many years and it is great way to get a hard workout in while having fun kicking and punching the bag! Tina has high energy that keeps you motivated in just the right way. Recently I started taking the adult Taekwondo which focuses more on technique and I'm surprised how much I have enjoyed this! The instructor, Mr. Ward, is very knowledgeable and pays very close attention to make sure you are learning proper form. These classes are only about 45 minutes and twice a week so it has been very easy to work into my schedule. Also, there is a noon class from 12-12:45 which is perfect for a quick lunch break.
