I had a low water pressure issue in my upstairs bathroom and also needed to check out the bathroom fan ventilation. Kevin's Plumbing was able to send out people the next morning - Gavin Stahl and Aiden Stahl - who were fantastic. I was out of town, but they called and kept me informed every step of the way. I was expecting to get an estimate, but Gavin figured out the issue right away, and fixed it on the spot. Everything from scheduling the first appt to the follow up call afterwards was easy - great customer service! I highly recommend this company!
Making an appointment here was very easy, and they were able to get me in the next morning. CJ showed up to do the job. He was pleasant, professional, and very capable in his duties. The issue was resolved, and I felt compelled to give him a good review. I received a follow- up call the following work day to check in. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We called Kevin’s on a Saturday and they weren’t able to get to us that day, however came early on Sunday to solve our issue. It started with a plugged kitchen sink drain line but turned into something much bigger. The gentleman that showed up was Ron. He discovered it was far more that a kitchen drain and ended up being a broken and 95% plugged sewer main. Sadly it was old cast iron so it took some enginuity and Ron knocked it out of the park. He removed the old cast iron piece, replaced with pvc and saved us from a huge headache which could have included tearing out concrete.
