I absolutely loved Doreen. She did an amazing job. I hadn't had my hair cut since before COVID and she did an amazing job. She took the time to answer my questions and recommended products when I asked, but did not pressure me into buying anything. I did get the shampoo and conditioner she recommended and I love it!

Amazing people…. I had to find a new hair salon that was open on the weekends to cope with my work schedule and Shaila was the one who did my hair and she did an amazing job she did it exactly how I wanted my hair to be I will definitely come back here and get my hair done in years to come

I booked an appointment around what they had available and used a personal day just to miss my appointment because they didn’t explain how to get to the salon while the actual Jcpenny is closed. Then I tried to call and no answer. I finally called when Google said they were open and she explained how to get in but where was that courtesy before hand? I didn’t even get a phone call or a no show email or nothing. They were all very polite but now I had to rebook and got the explanation I should had got when I booked the first time.
