We were members of CF Minot for over 3 years. The facility is top notch for the CF style gym. The community is welcoming and motivating. Any time we are in the area we do and will drop in.

A positive, welcoming environment for experienced and inexperienced fitness enthusiasts alike. Jerad and his team really go above and beyond to provide a safe and healthy space to help you reach your goals. Some Crossfit gyms can be a bit of a mixed bag, but Crossfit Minot is amazing and you will absolutely love the time you spend here. We had to move across the country but we miss it so much!

Dropped in while visiting from out of town, and what a fantastic CrossFit box with a great coach (Jerad) who was very welcoming and helpful. Got to see their new addition (gym dog Tara(?) And give her lots of scritches
