I will say the renting experience during my living at one of their properties was good. Now the move out process has been a nightmare. They charge from things that are completed such as carpet cleaning. Try to charge for new flooring when it has been normal wear and tear. When you try to get ahold of anyone to talk about these charges that came after the 30 day move out no one will respond to an email and the people in charge have been unavailable. Renters beware. Video everything on move in and move out.

I would just like to say savana is the best !! The whole office crew is amazing but her she didn’t waist no time getting me what I needed ! She was kind and helpful call savana if your in need thank you again!!

Not impressed.The Office:1. They don't check/reply to their info email2. You can tell them you'll be there later that afternoon, and they'll be long gone by 4:58pm-- yes, they close at 5pm. I had 90 seconds to hand them a check3. They don't check their rent dropoff box-- I called to ask if they got my check, and the lady on the phone said no, so I told her I put it in the dropoff box. she put me on hold and checked itThe Property:1. Boxelder bug infestation (and I'm insectophobic)-- no idea where they're coming from, but I keep finding them in the window sill and on the floor2. Roof leaks3. Heater is wonky and won't turn on some times-- I changed out the batteries in the sensor and swapped out air filters, problem persistsMaintenance man, Mike, is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable.
