Russ is a very enthusiastic and well informed tattoo artist. He understands the differences in designs of tattoos. He isn’t someone who just prints a design off the internet and goes right to it-he makes it unique to you.
The shop was clean and he upheld cleanly and safe standards throughout the entire process.
