Amazing school with multiple master instructors and a Grand Master in any given class. This school is a hidden treasure in the Bismarck Mandan area. The instruction and teaching methods are clear and follow the guidelines of the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. The masters are very kind and knowledgeable about everything they teach. Go in with an a positive attitude for hard work and lots learning, and you will notice results very quickly. And it's great exercise! All ages are welcome.

My son has been with Roughrider for five years and will be testing for his Junior black belt soon. He loves it and wouldn't trade the experience for anything. Thank you Grandmaster Ted and everyone at the Academy for helping him along the way.
