The instruction and teaching methods are clear and follow the guidelines of the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. The masters are very kind and knowledgeable about everything they teach. Go in with an a positive attitude for hard work and lots learning, and you will notice results very quickly. And it's great exercise! All ages are welcome.“
