My air conditioner stopped working on the first 90 degree day of the year. When I got home from work (7:30 PM) I immediately called Marks Heating and Cooling Inc. They were here within minutes, had my AC fixed in short order and my house is cooling again! Thanks for the prompt friendly service! I’m a customer for life!

I called Wayne at Mark's HVAC to a rental I just purchased. I found out the AC didnt work the day I took over. I called Mark's and he met me there within a day. He looked at the AC and saw a compressor was bad, but then looked at the furnace unit, because there was a hole in the cover. After removing the cover he noticed holes in the heat exchange-to both furnaces, which would potentially cause carbon monoxide, and pointed them out to me. He stated he wouldnt be able to consciously replace the AC without replacing the whole thing.
