Our corgi got into something that made her puke. 24 hours later she was still puking up bile & pooping straight blood. I called my vet, with no answer, so I looked around for another emergency vet at 3:30am. Dr. Martin is not my normal vet, but she told me to give her 30 minutes and she would be at her clinic. The care she gave to my girl was unmatched. You can tell the love & care that Dr. Martin has for animals. She worked with her for 3 hours to make her better. I am forever thankful for her & her selflessness that night. She has earned new customers, that's for sure!!

When I first moved to the area I had a kitten that needed to be neutered. I search through all the reviews for vets around BisMan. This one had the best reviews so I knew I had to go here. The wait to get in was a bit long but worth it. The staff is SO nice and friendly. I felt really welcomed there and the building was so nice and clean. I have 3 cats and we will be going to this Vet from now on.

Great location, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Usually able to get me in the day of if needed and willing to trouble shoot via phone as well. Never feel judged and I know they have my checkbook in mind when offering choices and treatment options. For those of you who have easily anxious or excitable pets they make it a point to avoid running into other pets and owners before and after visits. Additionally, each vet is great so you never have to worry about who's available last minute. You won't regret choosing Heart River as the place for your pets care.
