Premier carpet Care did a great job with our carpet cleaning and had amazing customer service. I grab the wrong key for the house and was locked out. Nate was very patient and understanding while I ran to get the correct key. 10/10 would work with them again.

We needed a professional carpet cleaning company that could do a vinyl floor also. They communicated well and didn't make us wait more than a couple of days to do the job, which was the whole house. Upstairs and downstairs. Very respectful and thorough. They actually went through the house to take a look beforehand. I highly recommend this company!Services: Carpet steam cleaning

Matthew was very friendly & knowledgeable about pet odors (dog urine). He cleaned our furniture & when it dried it still had a smell in some spots so he came back again free of charge to make it right. Our furniture is like new again! We have carpet cleaning scheduled with them next. Definitely recommend!Services: Upholstery cleaning
