There two sides to every story and if a customer calls to ask for estimate I give them the best I can over the phone with the info I get over the phone ,now when I get there or get the vehicle in my shop and it's more work or vehicle recovery is more it will cost more .I don't like to respond to customers who bash us and alot of times thes name I don't even recognize them as a customer

Totally based his price on the appearance of my vehicle , called before hand for a somewhat unusual request although extremely easy task with the right tools and equipment which is why I needed someone else to do it. I don't mind paying for those things and I understand they buy these to perform tasks others cannot but he totally quoted me a reasonable price and once he saw the vehicle he automatically assumed I had money a more than doubled the cost which I believe is thievery, but I was stuck out in the field and unable to get back before he closed and had to pay over the phone which made it even easier for him to take advantage. I can't say enough good things about Four Aces. My son was in an accident near Killdeer back in September and was flown to Bismarck. Ed was so professional and understanding to the situation and let me in the yard to see the truck and get a few belongings, on a Sunday. He also let us back in to get what was salvageable, 5 days later. In a state I've never been to in a place where I didn't know a soul, he helped me when he didn't have to. During a very stressful time Killdeer proved to be full of some of the kindest people I've ever met, from Ed at Four Aces to the outstanding crew at Killdeer ambulance, to the equally outstanding flight crew, I'll forever be grateful.
