This place is amazing and the staff is fantastic.... Dr. Dawn saved my kitten's life and I so appreciate it. She was willing to stay late to perform surgery on my little guy. Yes, they are farther than I would want to drive. But I think the benefits of this place and staff definitely outweighs the distance from my home.
The prices are perfect for my budget and she makes it so affordable to seek help for your fur baby. I witnessed each staff member demonstrate compassion toward each and every animal that walked through that door...

Our fur baby Dixie got very sick suddenly. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease which meant she would never be the same. However, her body keep fighting against itself. We did lose her. My main point of writing this is to say that the care, understanding comments were abundent. They were very authentic and genuine. As I sat with my Dixie during her infusions - the staff didn’t realize that I was watching. Their interaction with the animals was so gentle and passionate. This is when the owners were not there. Update: 4 years and a move to Minneapolis later - my initial 5-star review still holds strong and If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Dawn’s Pet Stop is by far and away the best vet I’ve ever been to. Even though we don’t live in Jamestown anymore, I make the trip back for all of our pet’s vet visits.
