Our Newfie pup attends E&B at Harwood twice a week. The staff is always courteous and polite. We appreciate how patient they are with our giant puppy - which can be a challenge at times. I can tell Estes enjoys going there because she sits next to the garage door waiting to leave in the morning. She is tired out at night and well into the next day.
We have had an excellent experience with Eddie and Barkus! Our puppies love it there and we couldn't be happier with the care they are receiving! Eddie and Barkus offers exactly what we are looking for: Quality care, excellent facilities, caring staff, flexibility and willingness to work with us on short notice and with schedule changes. Thank you for taking such great care of our Pups!!
We were not going to be able to make our pet pickup time. A call to E&B found that they were able to work with us and we got there less than an hour late. Expressed our gratitude and left a tip. Resolved to be better with our time in the future.The pups were happy and tired. Always a good sign.
