Valley Door should be the first place you call for garage door service in Grand Forks. Called at 4PM and the next day Keith was at my door at 9AM as promised. Keith knows what he is doing as he had my wonky door back in operation in no time. Prompt service, reasonable price, and great work. The BEST!

I called those "other guys" because they consistently advertise on the radio station I listen to most. They didn't have the decency to pick up the phone and speak with me, instead, they were on speaker phone and seemed to be yelling across the room. I asked if they were on speaker and he said that he was. I could hear some activity which was obviously him picking up the phone.... now a clear voice. I voiced my problem, which was a minor one, as it turns out, and he told me in a dismissing voice, that it might be two weeks before they could even look at it. I said "thank you" and hung up. I had a broken cable on my garage door. Ended up being a broken spring. Called around and it was about a 3 week wait. Called Valley Door and he came out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Very good service!
