The most greedy , negligent, mean spirited, should be banned ! If she sold wigs in California LA or Chicago Anywhere that sells real unused human hair wigs , would have been booted out of the neighborhood!!!!! Her wigs are old outdated ugly smelly used stretched out . Lacks human communication skills . Steals customers money charges extremely high for a wig with no tags no paperwork whatsoever no box because her wigs are not real human hair and they all been sitting there for at least 10 years . Would've given a higher score had the owner not made it so clear that they were all about the money. I honestly enjoyed the store initially, and was ready to pay for a product when I was asked if I was paying with cash or a check. I only had a card, and the visit ended with the product literally being snatched from my hands to prevent me from seeing info on the tag that might've led me to purchase elsewhere. Not ok. Nothing in the store had a price on it, and seemed marked up after a glance online. I definitely won't be back if that's how potential customers are treated. Edit: I see that there are some more current reviews that are all high-stars. I can only conclude that the owner realized that negative reviews were coming in, and decided to ask customers to rate their high experiences to off-set the negative ones. My review still stands. This woman is the anti-christ of good customer service, so tread carefully!

If I could give 0 stars to rate my personal experience with the wig portion of this shop, I would.I had an appointment with Amy Kratochvil on Jan 3 to be fitted for a wig. The most important thing I want you to know is this: there are no refunds/returns on wigs. There was no sign in the shop saying this (when I was there) and when I checked her site on my phone, I didn't see anything on there about it. But somehow you can see it if you access her site from a desktop computer and she uses THAT as her justification to not accept returns or give any refunds.(I had NO IDEA until she sent me a screen shot of her computer and then I had a light bulb moment)The visit went very...read full review
