I contacted Reliable Door & Supply on 4-5-2022. I received a prompt call back from Kevin. We exchanged multiple text messages which included photos, inside diameter measurements, and a detailed description of the broken garage door spring. After multiple attempts on my part to obtain a quote, I did receive a text message on 4-11-2022 with a quote of $479.46 to complete the repair. A repair date of 4-15-2022 was scheduled by Kevin to complete the repair. Kevin called the morning of 4-15-2022 letting me know that his vehicle wouldn't start and that he could not make the scheduled repair that day. Kevin rescheduled for 5:30 - 6:00 pm, Monday 4-18-22. Kevin called at 4:30 pm on 4-18-2022 to cancel again and informed me that he would not be performing the repair. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the lack professionalism. This company is anything but Reliable. Proceed with caution.
