“We had been working with another realtor (Jerry W) before coming to berkshire and working with Katelyn R. Jerry was a nice guy and had a lot of knowledge on houses but we had put offers on houses and didn’t get anywhere. We also liked houses he showed us and he would steer us from them because he didn’t like them for whatever reason. We had looked at houses and spent up to an hour plus at some, him explaining everything he didn’t like about them and we’d always leave stressed out. We about gave up on house buying several times.
