“We had been working with another realtor (Jerry W) before coming to berkshire and working with Katelyn R. Jerry was a nice guy and had a lot of knowledge on houses but we had put offers on houses and didn’t get anywhere. We also liked houses he showed us and he would steer us from them because he didn’t like them for whatever reason.
