I was getting ready to move into an apartment and was extremely concerned with the condition of the carpet and a musty oder that was in the air. So we did some internet searching and thankfully found, Merle's Steam cleaning. Glenn's availability was immediate so he was able to get to it on the same day I was moving in. He didn't only take care of the carpet but did everything to remove the musty oder and some stains. A day later he called to check and see how everything turned out. I am beyond pleased with the carpet and upholstery cleaning that was done in my house today. They got rid of stains I thought would never come out. I walked into my house and it smelled clean, instead of smelling like our puppy. I would recommend Merle's steam cleaning 100%.
Glenn was very thorough and efficient. He was extremely responsive and professional. We really appreciate the work he put into our house as it was in need of severe carpet cleaning. Our carpets look so much better now and they smell way better too! 10/10 would recommend Merle’s!
