Hey y'all! we are new to the greater Grand Forks area, I called every Vet office and Kindness Animal Hospital had the very best phone etiquette! super friendly staff upon arrival, eager to help me and my three large dogs make our way into the office safely. we loved our vet Tech, Crystal! (sorry if I misspell names) Dr. Emmet is one of the kindest Doctors I have worked with and I've had dogs since coming into the world lol. Our visit was for a wellness exam and vaccination updates. We thank you so much Kindness AH! Rock Star service!!

My little man got really sick and after him not eating or drinking for a full day I started to get really worried. Kindness was able to get him in the same day I called! They gave us a couple options and recommended which route we should take. The next day my dog was finally eating and drinking and was back to normal in 24 hours!!! Today they called me to check in on him. Its horrible seeing your dog sick and I'm so grateful that he was in such good hands.
