“I needed some help with a MacBook Pro that I had done a screen replacement on and it turned out I was simply missing a screw for the battery's power connector. Phil took both of my phone calls and was extremely pleasant to deal with. He told me they had the very specific screw I needed and only charged $1 for it. I hurried in and was able to make it to their store roughly 2 minutes before closing. The screw was ready for me but I noticed a sign they had that indicated they weren't able to do credit card transactions and I actually didn't have any cash on me at the time. Phil told me not to worry about it, and actually installed the screw for me as well.

These guys are pure class. The next time I need computer services and products I plan on going out of my way to do business with them. They deserve every 5 star review they get.
