So we did some internet searching and thankfully found, Merle's Steam cleaning. Glenn's availability was immediate so he was able to get to it on the same day I was moving in. He didn't only take care of the carpet but did everything to remove the musty oder and some stains. A day later he called to check and see how everything turned out. I said the carpet looked much better but some stains remained and although the musty odor remained, it wasn't as bad. He, from the kindness of his heart came back over less than a week later, went over the carpet again and left me a fan to use to dry out things faster, all free of charge! “It was wonderful had small missing peice but before I could contact them about it they sent me a message to apologize and said that they where fixing the problem and sent me the missing glove clip with two extra ones . I shop there for all my apron needs in the future. As for the apron they are amazing I'm a size 10 in women's if it's comfortably with lots of room to spare and has speeded up my cleaning time with out heavy lifting of a tote or going back and forth for item I'm needing I knock off 30 min of cleaning time it a game changer.“
