My parents bathroom desperately needed to be updated as the floor was falling through due to a leak. He first renovated their guest bathroom for use in the meantime, then was able to remove the main bathroom's tub and flooring, fix the leak, and replace everything with high-quality flooring and tile without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.
