I over tense and hold my muscles. I have found that going in for routine massages have a massive impact on my over all health both physically and mentally. “This is a wonderful little yoga studio in the heart of the cute downtown area. I was in town for a hockey tournament and was able to get into a class on short notice, and the teacher was absolutely terrific. I felt very welcome as a newcomer.“

“Honestly the only downside to this whole facility is the hours, if you work late usually this won't be a good fit for you. Otherwise its a fantastic facility with all kinds of things for increasing your physical fitness“
