I've been with this company for 14 years and year after year they have poor customer service and poor response and results. I used to get 5 applications a season now I can barely get 3. The keep raising their prices and they never have any return applicators. I've complained and never had a manager of any Sierra call me or to come see what they do or in most Cass didn't do.I imagine the people who answer the phone play defense all day and from their reviews and responses have no choice but play defense.I will hope they can change and fix my problem but if not I'll just go somewhere else.

They did a decent job, and asked them to call when on their way so I could make sure they knew what I didn't want sprayed, but I was in a mtg and couldn't respond. Some spray did harm a couple small plants but seemed to get most of the weeds sprayed.

Had good luck with the service in the past but they are not customer first. We canceled our service last fall but they stated they did not have a record of it and their automated service did not notify us that we were getting sprayed in the spring (their system is automated). So unfortunately we got double sprayed on our yard as we had already sprayed. The company did offer 50% reduction in the cost even though we did not want nor had ordered the service. They are quite unwavering and unfortunately say they are locally owned but are still corporate with corporate attitudes. Just be hesitant when signing up for TruGreen and have realistic expectations if there is any disagreement...read full review
