I agree with others Noy is hands down the best tattoo artist I've talked to which is why I decided on him. He is professional and awesome and knows what he is doing. I will 100% reccomend him to anyone that asks for a great tattoo artist. Have a pic I'm gonna upload it is the Mark of Cain he did for me and I let him decide how to do the color and shading and I was not dissappointed. Not the best Pic that I took though.
