I was hoping I’d never have to call someone to report water running out of a light fixture in our house, only to discover significant water damage and mold. Unfortunately, I had to make that call. Fortunately, Steamatic was incredible—they came, dried everything out, and took care of the mold. Unfortunately, our insurance didn’t cover a 'slow leak,' so I was bracing myself for a hefty bill, knowing how much work was involved. We had our vents cleaned a few years ago and Steamatic did a great job. Just recently we also had our carpets cleaned and Alex provided a top notch service. He was timely, courteous and did awesome work.

I recently had Steamatic of Fargo clean the air ducts in a home I purchased to rent out, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The previous owners had been venting the dryer inside the house, causing a massive lint buildup and an overall dusty environment. Aaron, the technician, did an amazing job! He called and texted me 20 minutes before the appointment as a reminder, arrived on time, and went above and beyond. Not only did he thoroughly clean the ducts, but he also replaced the air filter and cleaned up the furnace room, leaving everything spotless.
