This is the first time we have used this vet as we acquired a kitten after several years with no pets. We opted for the new vet as we got a $25 credit if we made the apot with her. They were very thorough with the initial assessment and provided vaccinations. They provided helpful guidance. The location was easy to find and close to our home. Parking is adequate. The place was clean and orderly.
I have gone here for years and years and I have always had phenomenal service from the techs and vets here. They've always been kind and willing to work with you on what will be the best course of action going forward for the health of your pet. My cat is shy and nervous and they are always patient and kind with her when she comes in. When I had to get my dog put down, they were so understanding and kind, providing enough time to say goodbye and being very respectful of our family during our grief. I will not go anywhere else.
