I have gone here for years and years and I have always had phenomenal service from the techs and vets here. They've always been kind and willing to work with you on what will be the best course of action going forward for the health of your pet. My cat is shy and nervous and they are always patient and kind with her when she comes in. When I had to get my dog put down, they were so understanding and kind, providing enough time to say goodbye and being very respectful of our family during our grief. I will not go anywhere else.

I have been taking my dogs to Southgate for years. I know my dogs are in good hands when they are there. The staff is helpful and always gets back to me in a timely manner! They take my concerns into consideration with their care. They have always been conservative with tests and always start with the safest and least expensive interventions. I would highly recommend this clinic!

My dogs always receive top notch care here. I always feel like my dogs health is the number one priority. Everyone is always friendly and caring. When I call with a question they call back right away. I have even had the doctor call me and spend time with me on the phone answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone.
