I have been working out for a long time and this was by far the best and most effective. I used to lift heavy more often and would have knee pain But now I found a way to build muscle without the aches or pain. They push you to the max and at first I thought expensive but after just a couple classes I was hooked. Immediate results. Better than hiring a personal trainer. The class pushes you when you see how strong others are I'm the most frugal person and this is totally worth it

I felt right at home there! The coaches do a great job of feeling like you belong, the music is fun. It's a great workout and by the end you feel like you got a great workout in. I'd recommend it to any and everyone as this was a great experience and I will be returning for sure! Just a pointer, sit next to someone who is a veteran at it because you will find it much easy to follow when you do if you're a first timer. Again, I'd recommend this to anyone.
