I brought my English Setter Sadie to Shaggy's for a bath and haircut, I told them what I wanted, when I picked Sadie up she looked excellent. Thanks to Kris and his staff for an awesome job, I would highly recommend Shaggy's to anyone.

We really like and appreciate Shaggy's. We have a very difficult dog that we bathe ourselves, but have to have his nails trimmed by a professional. They always do such a great job, no matter how our dog is behaving. The environment is wonderful. It's easy to get our dog in and out of the tubs... definitely a 5 star place in our opinion!

Shaggy's has done great work for a VERY fair price(maybe too low compared to many other groomers) for me and my dogs for years.Kris is a very genuine, caring, hard-working, honest small business owner. I only know him from being a customer, but trust him with my dog children.His shop is not always the most organized and has trouble retaining capable staff - which can impact the customer experience(similarly to most businesses these days).However, he has always been apologetic and goes the extra mile in effort to make a customer happy.I also use the self-wash often as it is fast and easy.
