Darin and Fabian did an excellent, diligent steam cleaning of a sewer break at a local business. Was not an easy job, actually in a small tunnel. Friendly , easy to work with. Cleaned up after...restored area like nothing happened. Thanks!!!!

We had extensive water damage from a washing machine. I contacted Servpro and visited with Jim. He came to our home within 45 minutes. He worked with our insurance adjuster, took readings and walked us through the mitigation and restoration process. He then had an amazing team come in to complete the work. Tyler, AK, Daniel, Elliot, Fabian, Dale, Robert S and Managok. They were complete professionals and did an awesome job. Everyone at Servpro was polite and worked hard to get the job done right! Jim was in communication with us at each step of the way and guided us through a very difficult situation. We highly recommend Servpro of Fargo!

Dale and the boys moved my stuff out and back in with perfection and respect to our stuff. I don't know the guys who did the tear and and walls but they did awesome as well. Would have gave 5vstars but wasn't satisfied what so ever with the guy the had to restore my basement. He seemed very out of place and lost. His measurements where way off fornthe flooring and he never stayed in touch had to call him after the holidays to even find out what was going on. It really seemed like he really didnt want to tondonthe job I hired him for and his estimates where out of this world high. Finding my own people and different contractors I spent close to $10,000 less then... read full review
