We had a great experience with Steven with Robert Gibb and Sons! We had bought a new Bosch HVAC system (Heat Pump) and had another company install and inspect it. It never worked right after that installation because it is such new technology and the other company just seemed to guess and do trial and error with this new system without really knowing how to work on it. Steven showed up, admitted that this was such a new technology that he would need to call Bosch tech support to assist him. They have installed a split air conditioning system for me and a water heater. I am very happy with the work done. The prices are reasonable compared to others in the area. The quote given was the price paid. All of my co-workers like them as well. I had difficulty with workers once but it was minor and I hit a call back from them right away after expressing my concerns. Good people.

My 90 yr old uncles air conditioner went bad today. I called the after hours line.at 5:00and told them the issue.Wonderful Kevin was there by 5:30!He checked unit completely and even had to go back to shop for a part but problem was resolved by 6:45!!.I am so grateful for such service!I also learned how to avoid the problem in the future.Thank you so much!!
