Jacob was very helpful answering my questions before his visit when we talked on Monday. He got me in for an appointment on Wednesday at 8am. Very impressed with the timeliness. He was extremely efficient spraying my home. Top to bottom, every inch. He went over what he was going to be doing and there was absolutely no slacking in how the job would be done. Highly recommend. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Jeff is so responsive. I had a mice infestation and contacted him. He came to my house on a Sunday to take care of the issue. I was so grateful. I now have him manage all the rodent and bug issues preventable.

We called Midwest for help with Asian beetles and boxelder bugs. The technician was very polite and came promptly. He sprayed our house and shed in approximately 20-30 mins. We enjoyed one evening without bugs. As soon as the sun came out the next day, our house was covered in swarming Asian beetles. I’m grateful he killed many bugs, but I’m not convinced the pesticide repels any future Asian beetles. Even the next day.To be fair the very nice technician called back to explain that the bugs must land on the chemical to die. He cannot control how many swarming bugs are in our yard.
