I rarely write reviews but feel that it is warranted in this case. I interviewed several real estate agents before choosing Steve Johnson to sell the family farm. He is knowledgeable regarding the sale of farm property, his approach is professional, he is polite and candid, he communicates clearly and kept me well informed throughout the process. Steve is proactive, immediately starting the steps to sell the property. Perhaps key, I felt well represented during the negotiation process. Steve promised to work hard on my behalf and that I would be happy with the end result. He delivered on that promise! There may be other good real estate agents but definitely none...read full review
