Their staff is all incredibly friendly and you can tell they love what they do, and they also care about the homeowners and their desires. Nicole is phenomenal to work with. She is so quick at responding to questions and is a great communicator. She is also very knowledgeable, which made it easy when making interior and exterior selections. I especially loved that Heritage guarantees the close date within 60 days of closing. This brought so much reassurance and made it easy to plan for moving. We would build with them all over again and highly recommend to family and friends!
