It is always nice to have service done at Fix It Forward Auto Care. You will usually see the same employees at each visit. This tells me that the everyone treats each other with respect and appreciation. It is a great company to have service my vehicle
My first experience with Fix It Forward, I brought a used car we were looking at for our daughter in for a check to ensure it was a good deal. They were very thorough and honest about the shape of the car. I am so thankful to have found a trustworthy shop I can be confident will treat me like family.
Traditionally a dealership customer for my auto repairs, I decided to give Fix it Forward an opportunity to earn my business because I had heard a couple others had good experiences with them and because of their ministry work as well.
I took my car in for an oil change and because I had just purchased it asked them to give it a look over since it’s a 2009. They provided me a detailed report of everything they looked at, as well as a rating from good to needs immediate attention.
