I can’t thank Anderson Heating enough for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service!
After dealing with another company that misdiagnosed my AC problem and quoted me an expensive ($3000)repair.

I called Anderson Heating for a second opinion — and I’m so glad I did. The technician quickly identified the real issue (a faulty TXV valve, not the compressor as the other company claimed) and fixed it at a fraction of the cost ($400).

He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts, and had my AC running perfectly in no time.

He replaced a $50 part rather then just throwing a new $500 blower at it. He spent the better part of the day diagnosing, fixing etc. However he only charged for 2 and a half hours. It works perfect. He also sprayed the junk of the a.c. unit outside when didn't need too. Very nice personable guy.
