About West Dakota Veterinary Clinic

The West Dakota Veterinary Clinic is a professional and caring establishment that caters to the needs of pets and their owners. The staff is known for their helpful and attentive approach, ensuring that pets receive efficient and gentle care, even for nervous animals. While they do not currently offer low-cost spay and neuter services or a mobile clinic, the clinic is dedicated to assisting feral animals. The clinic has received positive reviews from satisfied customers. One customer praised the on-call doctor for promptly responding to their call and offering to see their injured dog, even though the clinic had not previously treated their small animals. Another customer expressed confidence in the care provided by Dr. Erika, who has taken the time to understand the needs and personalities of their exotic birds. Additionally, a customer who has been bringing their pets to the clinic since moving to the area, appreciated the friendly staff and the prompt attention given to their senior dog who was in pain, highlighting the clinic's commitment to the well-being of their patients.

Called after hours this evening as we had a dog injury. The on-call doc answered her phone and she even called me back to see the status of our estimated time of arrival. We ended up getting in to a vet closer but I had forgotten to call since my little girl was upset because of all the blood. I didn't catch the doctors name but I can say that she definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service and being willing to see our dog even though she hadn't ever seen our small animals before. Thank you so much.

Dr Erika does an amazing job caring for our exotics (birds) in an area where options can be very limited. She has taken the time to know their needs and personalities, and I feel very confident with the care we receive!

I bring all my pets here, have since I moved up to ND. They are always friendly. Recently My senior dog was in lots of pain (from his hips) and they got us in right away to help make him more comfortable. It's very much appreciated how much they care!!
