I have no record of how many times over the 12 years we've lived in our house, that I've called Jesse at Titan and have had an immediate response. our kitchen faucet was leaking - Jesse was here before we expected, fixed the faucet, cleaned up and left. No fuss, no muss!!! This is always the response we've had when we contact Titan! BTW- we were his 3rd non scheduled call today! Titan did a wonderful job with our air conditioner and furnace a year or so back and we have had no issues! Today, we thought something might be going on and Aanen arrived right away to check it out, it wasn’t the furnace but he figured out what was wrong! Best service ever!

Aanen installed a natural gas heater in my shop in 2016. Next season it wouldn't fire up and run. Called Aanen and he was out within an hour to replace and warranty a part. This is why I use professionals and their recommended products.
