Some times things don't go very well. I hired this group to fix a hump in my flooring. Unfortunately, they we're not able to fix the issue, at least not with the initial plan, and really I don't think anyone could fix my issue without a completely removing my stairs. What really impressed me was a step-by-step plan and answering questions along the way. Darrell, Trevor and Jeremiah were extremely professional the whole time. When things don't go right you really can see the true character of people. This would be this company
