I moved to Bismarck, ND from MN. Had to find myself a new hair stylist! Went to the Kirkwood mall and stumbled upon Shear Bliss where Thea greeted me with a smile ? I made an appt to get my hair highlighted. She was very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have been going to see her for all my hair needs for almost 2 years now! Highly recommend ?
