My father was hassled by a male receptionist here about his medical insurance involving Indian health services. He is firstly covered by Medicare and Blue Cross blue shield so I don't understand why he was questioned again and again about his third insurance being from an American Indian reservation. I would suggest taking your health care business elsewhere.

The PT/OT room has such an overwhelming stench of horrible pungent odor of BO I couldn’t imagine having to sit in there. Please do better . Also the OT lady is very rude and condescending. No thanks.

Our son saw Dr. Preszler earlier this year for some behaviorial concerns that we had. Dr. Preszler met us in the waiting room and took us back to the office to discuss our concerns. He was patient, thorough and took the time with our family. After our appointment, his report was received quite timely, and we felt his analysis and assessment of our son was very accurate and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Preszler.
